Purchasing terms and conditions
All prices ate stated in SEK including VAT. VAT is currently 25 %, books 6 %.
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you stated in your order. Please read through it thoroughly and check that all the information is correct.
Deliveries normally take one week. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail.
Payments can be made as follows:
Cost: 0 kr
You pay with your Visa or MasterCard via Payson with is 100 % secure. All transaction sate completed using a 128-bit SSL encrypted secure transaction. The money is set aside in your account and normally withdrawn within 24 hours of your order being placed. All transactions are carried out in accordance with the new security standard 3D-Secure. You can also pay via your Internet bank.

You place your order and pay when you collect the goods.
Cost: 29 kr
When placing your order you state your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and the products you have ordered. You must also state your personal identity number so that your credit rating can be checked. We send the goods and payment is due 14 days after the date of invoice. All invoices are handled by Klarna.
Should you change your mind you have the right to a refund within 14 days of having received the goods. The bands on the balls of yarn may not be broken. You will not be refunded for the cost of returning the yarn to us. Contact us on: email@example.com , before returning any goods.
Shipping and Handling
All goods ordered are delivered by the Swedish post office. Shipping costs are debited in accordance with the actual weight of the products. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the web shop when the order is placed and they will be displayed at the checkout. Prices are based on the post office’s tariff schedule. Shipping is free on all orders in excess of 2000 kr.
Should there be a fault with a product, it will be replaced at no extra cost. We will also reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods to us. Contact us via: firstname.lastname@example.org , before returning any goods.
Damaged packaging and Non-collected parcels
Should you discover any damage to the packaging, please contact the post office or other freight company directly in order to submit your claim. Never take possession of a damaged parcel! Should you not discover the damage before opening the parcel, and the damage can be attributed to the post office or other freight company, please contact them to submit your claim. If any disputes with the post office or other freight company cannot be resolved, please contact us. Any non-collected parcels will be charged at a fee of 250 kr.
