Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased online.
In order for you to be entitled to a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. Banners on the yarn ball must not be broken. Material kits must not be opened. You must also have the receipt or purchase document.
Contact us at info@wincentgarner.se and provide the order number before returning the goods. For a refund, if you did not purchase via Klarna: provide your postgiro-, bankgiro-, personkonto- or bank account number. If you have paid by card, the amount will be deposited on the same card. You pay the return shipping yourself.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of digital items or gift cards.
Damage and issues
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return and whether it is approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be made as above (Klarna, postal giro, bank giro, personal account, bank account number or card) within 7 business days. It may take a while for the bank or credit card company to process the return so that it appears on your account. If it has been more than 10 business days since we approved your return, please contact us.
14-day cancellation period in the EU
If the goods are delivered in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without having to give any specific reasons. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
