Shipping policy

When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Please check your confirmation and contact us if there is anything that is not correct or if you wish to change an order (that we have not yet started processing).

How quickly do you ship?
We normally process your order within one to two working days and ship it with PostNord. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you via email.

Can you pick up in store?
Yes it is free to pick up and return at our store at Norrtullsgatan 27 near Odenplan in Stockholm. Select this option at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up, which is usually the same or next working day.

How much does shipping cost do you have free shipping?
We apply free shipping for orders over 700 SEK. Otherwise, the shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and is stated at checkout.

What shipping options are available?
You can choose between PostNord and pick up in store.

Where do you ship?
We only ship within Sweden.

What happens if I don't pick up the package?
If you don't pick up your shipment before it is returned to us, we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work with handling the goods.

What to do if the package is damaged?
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to PostNord or the delivery point and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the handling of the transport company, you must contact them and file a damage report.
