Alpaca 3

Alpaca 3 from Isager is a so-called I-cord spun yarn (a knitted tube). Just like Alpaca 2, it consists of 50% wool and 50% alpaca, but the spinning method gives the yarn a particularly soft and airy feel. When knitting with this yarn only, it is perfect for sweaters that remain light and supple despite the yarn being thick. The yarn should be knitted on large needles; we recommend 5 mm needles for edges and ribbing, and 6 mm or 7 mm needles for the rest of the work.
