Aran Tweed

Isager Aran Tweed is a voluminous, single-ply yarn with a robust and rustic structure. It is excellent for thick sweaters and also works well for interior details like blankets and pillows—especially when knitted together with Silk Mohair. If the yarn is knitted held together with either Silk Mohair or Alpaca 1, it becomes soft and supple for scarves and hats. Although Aran Tweed is only available in a limited number of colors, the possibilities become endless when combined with other yarns.
